Spherox Learning is a growing organization operating across education, digital platforms, and new-age experiences, with multiple initiatives under its ecosystem.

You'll work on real creative projects across our initiatives, creating visuals for social media, branding, campaigns, marketing, and digital platforms.

What You'll Work On

You'll create social media creatives, carousels, posters, banners, promotional graphics, presentations, marketing materials, and other visual assets for different projects and campaigns.

You'll work with creative briefs, concepts, references, brand guidelines, and content to turn ideas into clean and engaging designs.

You'll explore typography, layouts, colour combinations, visual hierarchy, composition, and branding elements to create designs that are both visually appealing and purposeful.

You'll also work on maintaining visual consistency across different projects and platforms, while adapting designs based on feedback and requirements.

As you grow into the role, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of creative projects from concept to final design.

Required Skills

- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create clean, creative, and visually engaging designs.
- Good understanding of social media design and digital content formats.
- Strong creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to understand a brief and translate ideas into visual concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, take feedback, and grow in a collaborative environment.

Bonus Skills

- Canva
- Figma
- Adobe InDesign
- Experience designing for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, or other digital platforms.
- Understanding of social media trends and modern design styles.
- Basic understanding of branding and brand identity.
- Experience creating presentations, pitch decks,



brochures, or marketing materials.
- Design portfolio or personal design projects.

We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about graphic design, visual communication, branding, and creative work.

You should have a strong visual eye, enjoy experimenting with ideas, pay attention to details, and be able to turn a concept into something that communicates clearly and looks skilled.

We're open to students, freshers, and self-taught designers. What matters is your ability to create and the quality of work you can show us.
