About the Role

PROT Official is a premium women's fashion brand focused on power dressing and contemporary fashion. We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager to manage our social media, content strategy and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram & Facebook accounts.
- Create and execute weekly/monthly content calendars.
- Plan content for product launches, campaigns and collections.
- Create, edit and publish Reels, Stories and social media content.
- Coordinate photoshoots, creators and influencers.
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC and conversions and optimise campaigns.
- Manage retargeting and conversion campaigns.
- Track website performance through GA4 and relevant marketing tools.
- Analyse competitors and social media trends.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports.
- Work closely with the Founder/Creative Director to maintain PROT's brand image.

Requirements





- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Solid Instagram and Reels knowledge.
- Good content planning and copywriting skills.
- Basic video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar.
- Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel and e-commerce marketing.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.

Fashion, luxury, lifestyle, D2C or e-commerce experience preferred.

Ideal Candidate

Creative, trend-aware, data-driven, proactive and capable of independently managing both organic social media and paid marketing for a growing fashion brand.
