We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Skating Instructor to train and mentor students in skating. The instructor will be responsible for teaching skating techniques, developing students’ fitness and coordination, ensuring safety, and preparing students for competitions and sports events.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular skating training sessions for students.
- Teach basic to advanced skating techniques based on students’ age and skill level.
- Plan structured training programs to improve balance, speed, coordination, endurance, and skating skills.
- Ensure proper warm-up, stretching, and cool-down exercises.
- Monitor students’ performance and provide individual guidance where required.
- Identify talented students and prepare them for inter-school, district, state, and other competitions.
- Maintain discipline and ensure students follow all safety rules during practice.
- Inspect skating equipment and ensure it is used safely and properly.
- Maintain attendance and basic performance records of students.
- Coordinate with the Sports Department, teachers, and school management regarding training schedules and events.
- Organize demonstrations, competitions, and skating-related school activities.
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline,



and a positive attitude among students.
- Handle minor training-related concerns appropriately and report any safety issues to the concerned authority.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma or Certification in Sports, Physical Education, or a relevant field preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a skating instructor/trainer, preferably in a school or sports academy.
- Relevant skating certification or recognized coaching qualification will be an added advantage.
- Solid knowledge of skating techniques, training methods, and safety practices.
- Good communication and student-handling skills.
- Ability to work with children of different age groups and skill levels.
