1. Brief about the Position: The Solar Trainer will be responsible for training students in solar energy systems, installation processes, and maintenance procedures. The role involves practical and theoretical instruction, ensuring students gain industry-relevant skills for successful employment in the renewable energy sector.

2. Job Description / Responsibilities:
o Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on solar energy system installation and maintenance.
o Train students in assessing installation sites.
o Guide students on arranging installation materials and mounting solar panels safely.
o Develop training modules, lesson plans, and course content.
o Conduct internal assessments and maintain student performance records.
o Motivate students for placement and coordinate with the placement team.
o Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports. o Conduct soft skills and behavioural training sessions for students.
3. Work Location:




o Bara Banki Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
4. Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and presentation skills.
o Solid interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
o Team player with good coordination and reporting skills.
o Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
5. Grade & Salary:
o Manager, Sr. Manager, 2 to 3 lacs
6. Qualification & Experience:
o Diploma / ITI / B. Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy.
o Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in solar energy installation, maintenance, or training.
