HSE – Oil & Gas Faculty (Part-Time)

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable HSE – Oil & Gas Faculty to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), Oil & Gas Safety, Industrial Safety, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work (PTW), Emergency Response, and Safety Management Systems.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering industry-oriented training to students and helping them develop the technical knowledge and practical skills required for careers in the Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, Petrochemical, and Industrial Safety sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging classroom and practical training sessions on HSE and Oil & Gas Safety.
- Deliver training on Industrial Safety, Process Safety, Fire & Safety, Risk Assessment, HIRA, JSA/JHA, PTW, PPE, and Emergency Preparedness.
- Explain Oil & Gas safety procedures, hazards, control measures, and safe work practices.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, practical activities, and assessments.
- Provide real-world industry examples and practical case studies during training.
- Monitor student performance and provide appropriate academic and career guidance.
- Conduct practical demonstrations related to workplace safety and emergency procedures.




- Keep training content updated according to current industry practices and safety standards.
- Support students with interview preparation and career-oriented guidance.
- Maintain attendance, assessment, and student performance records.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Safety Engineering, Fire & Safety, HSE, Oil & Gas, Industrial Safety, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas HSE standards and industrial safety practices.
- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students.

Experience Required

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HSE, Oil & Gas, Industrial Safety, or Safety Training.
- Candidates with Oil & Gas industry experience and practical field exposure will be preferred.
- Teaching/training experience in HSE or Oil & Gas courses is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,814.89 - ₹53,833.15 per month
