Position: QC Manager
Department: Quality Control
Location: Umargaon, Gujarat

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced QC Manager to lead quality control activities and ensure that products meet defined quality standards and customer requirements. The candidate should have experience in the rubber or similar manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Monitor production quality and identify process-related quality issues.
- Implement CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for effective resolution.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and calibration records.
- Coordinate with Production, R&D;, Stores, and other departments to resolve quality issues.
- Support internal,



customer, and external quality audits.
- Train and guide the QC team and improve quality processes.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Experience in rubber, rubber products, polymer, plastics, automotive components, or similar manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of quality control systems and inspection methods.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone, CAPA, and problem-solving techniques.
- Good team management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
