Key Performance Area:
- The candidate should have experience in current product development, preferably involving polymeric materials in product design and simulation, application development, and material processing.
- Experience with polymer melt processing technologies, such as injection moulding, extrusion, compression moulding, and coatings, is preferred. Experience in other processes, such as blow moulding, would be an added advantage.
- Experience in elastomer processing, particularly fluoroelastomers, would be an added advantage.
- The candidate should be technically strong and capable of conducting feasibility studies based on stage drawings and product requirements.
