We are looking for a motivated and confident Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for digital marketing activities, customer engagement, online presentations, lead generation, and promoting Venadu’s community technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should be a native Hindi speaker, have strong English communication skills, and be comfortable conducting online presentations and interacting with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
- Generate and follow up on leads through digital channels.
- Conduct online presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers.
- Communicate with customers and prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Explain Venadu’s products, features, and business opportunities clearly.
- Create and coordinate marketing content for social media and digital platforms.
- Track leads, customer responses, and campaign performance.
- Work with the operations and marketing team to improve customer conversion.
- Maintain professional communication with prospects throughout the sales process.

Required Skills

- Native Hindi-speaking ability is mandatory.
- Positive spoken and written English communication skills.




- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable conducting online meetings and presentations.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital marketing tools.
- Good lead-generation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to explain products and concepts in a simple and convincing manner.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Basic computer and internet skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, sales, business development, or customer engagement is preferred.
- Experience with social media platforms, CRM tools, Canva, or similar marketing tools will be an advantage.
