IoT Trainer / Faculty

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic IoT Trainer to provide practical and theoretical training in Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. The candidate should have strong knowledge of IoT concepts, embedded systems, sensors, microcontrollers, and IoT communication protocols, with the ability to guide students through hands-on projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on IoT and Embedded Systems.
- Teach IoT fundamentals, architecture, components, and applications.
- Provide practical training on Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, Raspberry Pi, and other development boards.
- Teach sensors, actuators, modules, and interfacing techniques.
- Explain IoT communication protocols such as MQTT, HTTP, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and TCP/IP.
- Conduct hands-on programming using C, C++ and Python.
- Guide students in developing IoT mini projects and final-year projects.
- Provide practical training on data collection, cloud platforms, and IoT dashboards.
- Develop course materials, practical exercises, assignments, and project work.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, circuit, and programming issues.
- Evaluate students through practical assessments and project reviews.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of IoT and Embedded Systems.
- Hands-on experience with Arduino, ESP32/ESP8266 and Raspberry Pi.
- Knowledge of C/C++, Python and basic electronics.
- Understanding of sensors, actuators,



and microcontroller interfacing.
- Knowledge of IoT communication protocols and networking.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms and databases is an advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct practical, project-based training.

Educational Qualification

- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc / MCA or equivalent qualification in Electronics, ECE, EEE, Computer Science, IT or related fields.
- Relevant IoT development or training experience will be preferred.

Experience

- 0–2 years: Candidates with strong practical IoT knowledge and good teaching skills may apply.
- 2+ years: Experience in IoT development, embedded systems, or technical training will be preferred.

- Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Valuable practical knowledge of IoT hardware and software.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Capable of guiding students in academic and real-world IoT projects.
- Willingness to learn and teach emerging IoT technologies.
