We have one urgent position as Area Service Engineer based at Chennai Handling Tamil nadu and Kerala

.CTC: Max 4.2 Lacs per annum

Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage service operations across Tamil Nadu & Kerala. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and escalations. Coordinate with service centre to meet service level targets. Monitor spare parts availability and manage defective material returns. Maintain accurate service records and ensure data is updated on portals. Build and strengthen relationships with customers, dealers, and partners. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management. Appointing service center in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Must have technical knowledge of Kitchen Appliances products.

Requirements Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or related field preferred.





Minimum 3–5 years of experience in service operations, preferably in kitchen appliances or consumer durable products.

Strong technical knowledge of kitchen appliances (installation, troubleshooting, maintenance).

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel extensively within Tamil Nadu & Kerala.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
