Role: CASA Sales
Experience: 1+ Year in Sales / Banking preferred
Location: Mumbai (Ghatkopar West and Dadar)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through open market sales and field visits.
- Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) Current & Savings Accounts.
- Approach potential customers, explain banking products and convert leads.
- Achieve monthly CASA acquisition and sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Complete customer onboarding and ensure account activation.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling other banking products.
Requirements:
- Graduation is preferred/mandatory as per company policy.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and open-market lead generation.
- Banking/CASA sales experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹9,934.74 - ₹32,983.70 per month
