Project Manager – AAC / ALC Panel Installations

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat / Mumbai, Maharashtra (Pan-India site travel required)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced, result-driven Project Manager to lead pan-India installation operations for Steel-Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC/ALC) Wall Panels. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of multiple installation sites, ensuring structural accuracy, strict safety compliance, and on-time project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Multi-Site Oversight: Direct and manage concurrent installation projects across various Indian states while maintaining project schedules and deliverables.
- Technical Supervision: Guide and supervise the specialized installation of steel-reinforced panels to ensure anchoring, structural alignment, and strict adherence to structural drawings.
- Logistics & Equipment Coordination: Manage the delivery and transit of wall panels to construction sites and oversee the operation of on-site machinery such as hoists and cranes.
- Contractor & Labor Management:



Supervise installation subcontractors, work gangs, and on-site manpower.
- Quality & Safety (HSE): Implement strict quality control procedures for panel jointing and handling, enforcing zero-compromise safety protocols on site.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for developers, architects, and main contractors to address site challenges and maintain workflow.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (NICMAR certification is a plus).
- Experience: 5 to 12 years of hands-on civil construction experience.
- Age Preference: Minimum 32 years.
- Software & Technical Skills: Skilled in reading structural engineering drawings; working knowledge of 2D/3D AutoCAD or Revit.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites across India as needed.

- Salary: ₹70,000 / month
- Job Location: Ahmedabad / Mumbai base with pan-India site travel
