JAC Group is a 5th-generation family business with over 100 years of experience in wood and wood-based products. We manufacture and market doors, veneers, MDF/HDF, flooring, furniture and other interior products through our manufacturing facilities and retail network.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of our overall marketing activities and build a strong, consistent JAC brand across digital, retail and traditional media.

The Role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing all marketing activities of the company across social media, digital marketing, outdoor advertising, print, showroom marketing, customer campaigns, brochures, samples, exhibitions and other brand-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement the company's annual and monthly marketing plan

Manage the complete social media calendar and content strategy

Coordinate digital campaigns, lead generation and online promotions

Plan and manage hoardings, print advertising and other outdoor media

Plan and execute email, WhatsApp and customer communication campaigns

Develop brochures, catalogues, product leaflets, presentations and other marketing collateral

Plan and maintain product samples, sample kits and display materials

Coordinate showroom branding, promotional displays and visual merchandising

Coordinate product photography, videos, reels and other content creation

Support architects, builders, dealers and sales teams with appropriate marketing materials

Plan and coordinate exhibitions, launches, events and promotional activities

Coordinate with advertising agencies, graphic designers, printers, photographers, videographers and other vendors

Maintain a monthly marketing calendar with deadlines and responsibilities





Prepare marketing budgets and monitor expenditure

Track enquiries, leads, campaigns and marketing ROI

Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team and showroom network to ensure marketing activities support sales targets

Identify new and effective marketing opportunities for the company's products and retail showrooms

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised and execution-oriented

Creative, but also strong in planning and follow-up

Comfortable handling multiple marketing activities simultaneously

Able to work with agencies and external vendors but also get things done independently

Strong in written and verbal communication

Commercially minded and able to understand how marketing contributes to sales

Comfortable with social media and digital marketing platforms

Experienced in preparing marketing plans, calendars and budgets

Willing to personally follow up on execution rather than simply delegate

Preferred Background

Experience in any of the following industries will be an advantage:

Furniture | Interior Products | Building Materials | Home Improvement | Architecture & Interiors | Retail | Consumer Products

Candidates with strong experience in brand + retail marketing will be preferred.

Education

Graduate / MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.
