Manju Groups is a growing real-estate company with a strong presence across Tamil Nadu, specializing in residential plots and property projects. We are looking for motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our Telesales Team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain our property projects, generate interest, and convert leads into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain project details, pricing, location, amenities, and payment options.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Convince customers and generate interest in the projects.
- Schedule site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.




- Update customer details and lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for site visits and further follow-up.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide timely support.

Skills & Competencies

- Good communication skills.
- Good telecalling and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to convince and engage customers over the phone.
- Good follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in telesales, telecalling, real estate, or sales is an added advantage.
