Job Title: Accountant / Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage our daily financial transactions and bookkeeping. Both energetic freshers with robust accounting fundamentals and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain daily daybook entries, sales/purchase ledgers, and cash book records.

* Generate customer invoices, vendor bills, and perform routine bank reconciliations.

* Track accounts payable (vendor payments) and accounts receivable (customer collections).

* Assist with inventory records and basic GST filing documentation.

* Prepare weekly and monthly basic financial summary reports for management.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)



or completed certification/diploma in Accounting.

* Experience: 0 – 3 years (Freshers are welcome to apply).

* Computer Proficiency: Practical knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) and familiarity with accounting software such as Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.

* Core Competencies: Solid understanding of double-entry accounting principles, attention to accuracy, and basic English/regional language communication skills.
