We are looking for a smart, energetic, and organized Telecaller Cum Office Assistant to manage telecalling activities and assist with daily office operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and leads
- Explain company services and answer customer inquiries
- Follow up with clients and maintain customer records
- Schedule appointments and update daily reports
- Handle office administrative tasks and documentation
- Maintain files, records, and databases
- Respond to emails and WhatsApp inquiries professionally
- Support office staff with day-to-day activities
- Manage reception and attend visitors when required




- Maintain office cleanliness and coordination
- Basic Knowledge for Accounting, Tally.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
- Valuable telephone etiquette and customer handling skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Qualification

- Plus Two / Degree / Diploma
- Prior experience in telecalling or office administration is an advantage

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
