Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Fine Artist & Creative Team Leader who can conceptualise creative collections, lead a team of junior artists, and oversee creative execution from concept to final artwork.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hand-painting expertise, a refined artistic sensibility, and experience across fine art, illustration, surface design, décor, print, or other commercial creative applications.

Revised relevant responsibilities

Execution & Production

- Oversee artwork development, compositions, patterns, scaling, and final artwork preparation
- Ensure creative outputs meet quality, aesthetic, and production requirements




- Work closely with production and other creative teams to ensure the final output reflects the intended design vision
- Ensure artwork is optimised for its intended application and format

Revised Preferred

- Experience working with luxury, interiors, home décor, fashion, lifestyle, textile, or premium creative brands
- Knowledge of print processes, colour separations, surface materials, or other production techniques
