The ideal candidate should have strong sales, customer-handling, and gold appraisal skills. Key Responsibilities - Handle Gold Loan sales and customer acquisition. - Conduct accurate gold appraisal and valuation. - Explain loan products, eligibility, terms, and processes to customers. - Generate leads and achieve assigned sales targets. - Manage customer relationships and follow-ups. - Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes. - Support branch-level business growth and customer retention. Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in Gold Loan Sales and Gold Appraisal.
