Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to speak professionally with customers over the phone.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Maintain customer information and call records.
- Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements





- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi/English and/or [local language].
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Ability to convince and communicate effectively with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
