We are seeking an experienced and delivery-driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a solid hands-on background in Full Stack Development. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will lead the software engineering team, architect scalable solutions, manage project sprints, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of web and mobile software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web and mobile applications.
- Build responsive front-end interfaces and robust back-end services and APIs.
- Design and implement scalable microservices-based architectures.
- Containerize applications using Docker and support deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
- Lead technical decisions on architecture, scalability, performance, and security.
- Develop cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, analytics tools, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish engineering best practices.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve production application reliability.
- Project Execution & Agile Delivery: Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Architecture & Technical Guidance: Review architectural designs, system schemas, and code to maintain clean, scalable, and secure coding standards.
- Sprint & Resource Management: Define sprint scopes, allocate developer tasks, manage timelines, and proactively identify technical roadblocks or scope creep.




- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate client and business requirements into detailed Technical PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Release & Quality Assurance: Oversee CI/CD pipelines, staging deployments, QA validation, and production releases for web and mobile platforms.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level full-stack engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster best engineering practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with mobile development using React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android development.
- Strong back-end development experience with Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, or similar.
- Proven experience designing and developing microservices and RESTful APIs; GraphQL knowledge is a plus.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker, containerization, and Docker Compose.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, Git, and deployment workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, application security,



and performance optimization.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Core Development Background: Proven prior experience (2+ years) as a hands-on Full Stack Developer (Node.js / Python / Java on the backend; React.js / Vue.js / Flutter on the frontend/mobile).
- Database Management: Deep understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, query optimization, and schema design.
- API & System Design: Expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices, third-party integrations, and cloud hosting (AWS / GCP / DigitalOcean).
- Project Tools: Mastery of project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, or Trello), Git/GitHub workflows, and documentation tools (Confluence, Notion).
- Leadership: Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading engineering teams, managing deliverables, and interacting directly with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Kubernetes, service orchestration, and API gateways.
- Familiarity with message queues or event-driven systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SQS.
- Experience with DevOps practices, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience delivering SaaS products, mobile applications, or enterprise/government automation software.
- Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP certification is a strong plus.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
