Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Perform advanced customizations, enhancements, and integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions following best practices
- Customize Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements
- Manage deployment processes, including sandbox management, production releases, and release management
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and AI capabilities

Ideal Candidate

- Strong Senior Salesforce Developer Profile with Apex, LWC, and integration expertise and Salesforce certification
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce declarative tools
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have led the design, development, and deployment of customised Salesforce solutions, and architected scalable, secure, high-performance solutions following best practices.
- Mandatory (Tech skill 1): Must have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security concepts.
- Mandatory (Tech skill 2):



Must have experience customising Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and managing deployments — sandbox management, production releases, release strategy.
- Mandatory (Tech skill 3): Must have proven experience in custom integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration (Salesforce ↔ external systems via middleware/third-party tools).
- Mandatory (Tech skill 4): Must be proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern JS framework (React or Angular preferred).
- Mandatory (Tech skill 5): Must have experience mentoring junior developers, with strong leadership, prioritisation, stakeholder communication, and excellent debugging/performance-optimisation skills
- Mandatory (Tech skill 6): Must have experience with Git, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Lightning Experience/LWC
- Mandatory (Certifications): Must hold one of Salesforce Platform Developer I & II/Salesforce Administrator certification along with one or more of Einstein AI/Agentforce/Tableau certifications
- Mandatory (Education): Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Mandatory (Documentation): Valid passport mandatory
- Mandatory (Note): This opening is for the Global Capability Center (GCC) for Electric Way, Dubai named as 'Voltedge' based in Bangalore
- Preferred (Leadership): Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor junior developers and manage priorities
- Preferred (Tools): Exposure to Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party solutions

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
