About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Support & DevOps Intern to join our team. This role involves providing Level 1 technical support, monitoring systems and data pipelines, and assisting with debugging applications. The intern will work closely with engineering, DevOps, and customer teams to ensure smooth system operations and timely issue resolution.

Location: Global Technology Park, Marathahalli Outer Ring Road, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka -5 days/week (No hybrid or remote)

Shift: 24x7 support environment – PST or rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 technical support for applications and systems.
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues and escalate when necessary.
- Monitor and manage data pipelines and system workflows to ensure smooth operations.
- Support DevOps and IT operations to maintain system reliability and uptime.
- Participate in a 24x7 support environment with PST or rotational shifts
- Assist in identifying issues, documenting incidents,



and supporting resolution.
- Work in a customer-facing capacity, communicating updates and resolving basic technical queries.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and support teams to ensure service continuity.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science / Information Technology) – mandatory.
- Basic understanding of application debugging, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with DevOps concepts, cloud environments, or data pipelines is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills for customer interaction.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts or PST hours.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
