Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting the eye hospital’s services, building

relationships with doctors, clinics, optical shops, and corporate clients, and generating patient

referrals in the assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct regular field visits to clinics, optical stores, hospitals, and healthcare providers.

 Build solid relationships with local doctors, optometrists, and healthcare professionals

for patient referrals.

 Promote the hospital’s eye care services, surgeries, and treatment programs.

 Identify opportunities to organize eye screening camps in corporates, schools, and

communities.

 Generate new leads and partnerships in the assigned territories.

 Follow up with potential patients and partners to convert leads into consultations or

surgeries.

 Maintain records of daily field visits, leads, and referral data.





 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.

Required Skills

 Strong field sales and relationship-building skills

 Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

 Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

 Basic understanding of healthcare or hospital services

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience

 1–4 years of experience in field sales, healthcare marketing, or medical representative roles

 Experience in hospital, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic industry preferred

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 Patient referrals generated from field activities

 Number of partnerships with doctors and clinics

 Health camps and outreach programs conducted

 Achievement of sales and referral targets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
