Job Responsibilities

Security Program Development & Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security programs, policies, and procedures to protect the organization's assets, employees, and facilities.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.

Physical Security Management: Manage and maintain physical security systems and equipment, including access control systems, CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other security technologies. Ensure equipment is up-to-date and functional.

Personnel Management & Training: Recruit, train, supervise, and manage a team of security staff and CCTV operators. Identify training needs and ensure security personnel are equipped with the necessary skills and resources.

Incident Management & Investigations: Lead security investigations, maintain incident reports, and manage responses to security incidents, emergencies, and breaches.

Liaison & Collaboration:



Establish and maintain partnerships with local law enforcement, emergency services, security contractors, and other stakeholders to enhance security operations.

Budget Management: Manage the security budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for security operations and equipment.

Compliance & Audits: Ensure compliance with all relevant security regulations, standards, and internal policies.

Employee Security Awareness: Train and educate employees on security best practices, emergency procedures, and recent security policies.

On-Call Availability: Be available on-call 24/7 to respond to critical security incidents as required.
