Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences, supporting children's holistic development, and maintaining positive relationships with parents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences aligned with the Kangaroo Kids curriculum.
- Create a warm, safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Facilitate children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
- Conduct interactive activities including storytelling, phonics, music, movement, art, sensory play, and project-based learning.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress and developmental milestones.
- Maintain student portfolios, classroom records, and assessment documentation.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's learning and development.
- Ensure classroom hygiene,



safety, and child well-being at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in school events, celebrations, and parent engagement activities.
- Attend training sessions and professional development programs.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (ECCE/Montessori qualification preferred).
- 1–3 years of preschool or early childhood teaching experience preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, patient, energetic, and nurturing personality.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
