Job Summary

Lead, coach and manage a team of 5–15 field or inside sales executives. Own team revenue targets, pipeline quality, hiring, onboarding and performance management while driving consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Set monthly and quarterly targets for each team member and own team P&L.;
- Conduct daily and weekly pipeline review meetings and identify deal risks.
- Coach team members through joint field visits, call shadowing and deal clinics.
- Recruit, onboard and ramp new sales executives to productivity.
- Drive team CRM discipline, including pipeline accuracy, activity logging and forecast integrity.
- Develop and execute territory and account coverage strategies for the team.




- Escalate and close high-value or complex deals alongside team members.
- Report team performance, forecasts and activity metrics to senior management.

Requirements

- Any Graduate; MBA preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, including team management experience.
- Experience managing a sales team of 5–15 members.
- Pipeline review and deal coaching skills.
- Recruitment, onboarding and sales-team performance management experience.
- Revenue forecasting and target management skills.
- CRM reporting experience with Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot or similar.
- English and Tamil communication skills.

Pay: ₹45,800.00 - ₹83,300.00 per month
