Good communication skills, able to communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal

Should know basic email etiquette and drafting

Work on current sales leads and upgrades for existing customers

Handle chats and calls for support

Conduct a demo with customers

Requirements

Able to grasp technical terms and general software troubleshooting

Better if familiar with ticketing and chat tools like zendesk and crisp

Coordinate with the team for tech issues reported by customers

Able to do multitasking and prioritize tasks

Able to manage Client Communication
