About NutriCuddle

NutriCuddle is a Bhubaneswar-founded family nutrition brand making high-protein, peanut-based spreads for kids and families. We're a small, founder-led brand looking for an energetic local field associate to help us get NutriCuddle in front of real families — through retail stores and through direct sampling with the public.

Role Objective

You'll split your time between two things: (1) visiting local stores to pitch the product ,explain the product, give samples/catalogue, generate trial orders, collect retailer feedback and help NutriCuddle get placed in local stores. and (2) helping run weekend sampling sessions where families taste the product directly. Both matter equally — sampling is often where we see the strongest interest, so this is not just a store-visit role.

Responsibilities

- Visit 10 –12 quality retail store conversations daily in assigned areas (Super stores, departmental, premium kirana, bakery, health food, apartment-area stores).
- Pitch NutriCuddle to store owners: explain the product, pricing, usage, and current offer.
- Share samples and a easy catalogue/sell sheet with retailers.
- Generate trial orders from interested stores and follow up to convert them.
- Take shelf/display photos once a store agrees to stock us.




- Assist with weekend sampling sessions at apartment complexes, parks, or other public locations — direct interaction with families, kids tasting the product, and capturing interest on the spot.
- Collect WhatsApp numbers from interested customers at sampling sessions for founder follow-up.
- Collect retailer and customer feedback, objections, and any competitor information you notice.
- Maintain a simple daily report (shared Google Sheet/WhatsApp): store/location name, contact, feedback, order or sale status.
- Coordinate with the founder on order delivery, payment, and repeat orders.

Ideal Candidate

- Comfortable with daily field work — store visits and talking to the public.
- Good communication in Odia/Hindi; basic English is a plus.
- Confident approaching strangers, whether a shop owner or a parent at a park.
- Has a smartphone and can use WhatsApp, Google Maps, and Google Sheets.
- Prior FMCG/food/grocery/retail field sales experience preferred but not required — confidence and consistency matter more than a resume.
- Two-wheeler preferred (helps cover more ground, especially for store visits).

Compensation

This role starts with a 15-day paid field sales trial.

During the trial period:





- Fixed trial pay will be discussed based on availability and experience.
- Travel allowance will be provided.
- Incentives will be paid for successful store orders and sales.

After successful completion of the 15-day trial, the role may be extended for 2 months with:

- Fixed monthly pay
- Travel allowance
- Performance incentives on new store orders and sales
- Opportunity to grow with the brand as we expand

Additional Responsibilities

- Assist with basic inventory handling, stock counting, sample kit preparation, product bundling and dispatch preparation when required.
- Help prepare retailer sample packs, catalogues and sales kits before field visits.
- Ensure products are handled carefully and stored properly as per company instructions.
- Report any damaged, expired, near-expiry or unsellable stock immediately to the company.
- Support basic warehouse/packing activities under company supervision when required.

Performance Expectations

- 10-12 genuine store conversations per day (quality over rushed quantity)
- Active participation during sampling sessions or events
- Daily reporting — honest and accurate, including the "no" responses, not just wins
- Consistent follow-up with interested stores and customers

Important Note

This is a field sales role. Candidates must be willing to travel locally, visit retail stores daily and speak directly with store owners. This is not an office desk job.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
