Hiring: Social Media Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily social media activities for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and other social media content
- Write creative captions and relevant hashtags
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and videos
- Track and analyze social media performance and prepare basic reports




- Maintain consistent brand communication across platforms

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn
- Good understanding of social media trends and algorithms
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to manage content independently and meet deadlines
