Marketing Executive / Sr. Executive

Cosmos Pumps is looking for a proactive, execution-driven marketer who can take ownership of diverse marketing initiatives and work closely with the AGM Marketing to strengthen the brand, customer engagement and industry presence.

What You’ll Own

- Social Media: Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube; Create content calendars and work closely with graphic designer/motion graphics to make the creatives, reels and videos.
- WhatsApp & Email Marketing: Execute targeted campaigns, newsletters and automated communication journeys for customers, dealers and prospects.
- AI-Powered Marketing Execution: Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and other relevant platforms for research, content creation, presentations, video/content workflows, analysis and productivity enhancement.
- Exhibitions & Events: Plan and execute exhibitions, conferences, customer events, dealer meets and industry engagements—from pre-event promotion to on-ground execution and post-event follow-up.
- Dealer Communication: Drive regular product, campaign and brand communication across our dealer/channel partner network.
- Community Building: Build and engage relevant customer, dealer and industry communities through digital and offline initiatives.
- Industry Associations: Coordinate brand associations with industry forums, chambers and professional bodies; identify speaking, sponsorship and networking opportunities.
- CSR: Coordinate CSR initiatives and related brand communication.
- Marketing Operations: Manage agencies/vendors,



marketing calendars, monthly vendor payments, campaign trackers, budgets and performance reports while coordinating with crossfunctional teams as per SOPs.

Who We’re Looking For

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably with a B2B, industrial, engineering or manufacturing brand.
- Good experience in digital/social media marketing + events/exhibitions.
- Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day marketing execution and keen to continuously experiment with recent AI capabilities.
- Understanding of email/WhatsApp marketing and automation tools.
- Strong communication, coordination and project-management skills.
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and digital marketing/reporting tools.
- High ownership and execution mindset—someone who can take a task from idea to completion with minimal follow-up.
- Comfortable coordinating across teams, agencies, vendors and external stakeholders.
- Willing to travel for exhibitions, conferences and customer/dealer events.

The Opportunity

This is not a desk-only marketing role. You’ll get hands-on exposure across brand building, digital marketing, AI-led marketing, exhibitions, customer engagement, dealer marketing and industry associations, while working closely with AGM Marketing.
