- Attend to walk-in, online, and telephone enquiries from prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs, budget, and vehicle preferences.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and offers.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate new leads through follow-ups, referrals, and local marketing activities.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
- Negotiate prices and close vehicle sales in line with company policies.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/DMS systems.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to improving customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new models, product features, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Skills : English is a Must

Should know how to Drive and should have valid DL
