Required for an export eCommerce company situated in Byculla West.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the overall business strategy.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement for all teams like Operations, Design, Digital, including blue-collar positions involved in checking and packaging of goods.

Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary action, grievances, and conflicts.

- Develop and deliver training and development programs to improve performance and productivity.
- Conduct performance management reviews and provide coaching and feedback to all employees.
- Collaborate with management to maintain a positive and productive work culture.




- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with all health and safety regulations.
