* Supervise erection of PEB structures such as warehouses, factories, sheds, and industrial buildings.
* Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
* Monitor daily site activities and progress.
* Ensure proper alignment, levels, and structural accuracy.
* Manage subcontractors, fabricators, and erection teams
* Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity
* Ensure proper use of tools and equipment
* Maintain quality records and checklists.
* Enforce site safety standards and PPE usage.
* Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
* Track material consumption and site inventory.
* Resolve site-related technical issues.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of PEB erection procedures
- Understanding of structural steel components and connections




- Familiarity with drawings and site measurements
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)

Soft Skills

- Leadership and team handling
- Problem-solving under site conditions
- Communication and coordination skills
- Time and resource management

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience in PEB or steel structure projects

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
