Job Summary

SLBS Marklance is looking for a creative and experienced Digital Content Creation Team Leader to lead our content creation team and manage the end-to-end production of engaging digital content for our brand and social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of content strategy, social media, video production, creative planning, and team management, with the ability to drive consistent and high-quality content output.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the digital content creation team.
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly content calendars.
- Develop creative concepts for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with content creators, video editors, graphic designers, presenters, and videographers.
- Review and approve content before publishing.
- Ensure content is aligned with SLBS brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, reels, short-form videos, and emerging content formats.
- Develop engaging Reels, promotional videos, educational content, campaigns, and brand videos.
- Ensure timely completion of all content projects.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and analytics.
- Work closely with the marketing and management teams to understand campaign requirements.




- Guide team members on creative quality, storytelling, presentation, and execution.
- Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in digital content creation, social media, media production, or a similar role.
- Previous team-lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
- Positive knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, video content, and digital campaigns.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work within tight deadlines.
- Experience with content planning, scripting, shooting, and production workflows is an advantage.
