Liaisoning Executive
Reporting Time -9.30 am to 6.30 pm.
Reporting To-Senior Management / Project Head
Coordination With-
· Tehsil, Collector Office & Sub-Registrar
· Government and regulatory authorities
· Project, Legal & Administration teams
· Support staff and field teams
· Senior management
Will Be In charge/Responsible for
· Liaisoning with government authorities
· Handling approvals, revenue, and registrations
· Documentation, submissions, and follow-ups
· Site visits and field coordination
· Record maintenance and reporting
Qualified Skills-
· Strong knowledge of government procedures, revenue laws, and registration processes.
· Proven ability to liaise with multiple government departments and authorities.
· Excellent documentation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
· Willingness to travel and perform extensive fieldwork.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities
Regulatory Liaison & Coordination
· Liaise with Tehsil, Collector Office, Sub-Registrar, and other statutory authorities.
· Coordinate and follow up with regulatory bodies including MIDC, TICR, NMMC, PMC, CIDCO, NAIHA, MSRDC, and NMROA.
· Handle all revenue, registration, and authority planner-related work.
· Ensure compliance with applicable rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Documentation & Approval Management
· Prepare, verify, and submit documentation required for statutory approvals and permissions.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applications, submissions, and approvals.
· Track approval status and ensure timely completion of regulatory processes.
· Support audits and inspections by providing proper documentation when required.
Field Work & Surveys
· Conduct site visits, surveys, and fieldwork in Raigad, Mumbai, and other project locations.
· Collect, verify, and analyze on-ground data to support land acquisition, planning, and development activities.
· Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders during field operations.
Hospitality, Support & Staff Coordination
· Coordinate and manage support staff involved in liaisoning activities.
· Provide guidance and supervision to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to timelines.
· Facilitate effective communication and teamwork among staff for efficient execution of tasks.
General Administration
· Handle general administrative tasks related to liaisoning and compliance activities.
· Ensure accurate data entry and systematic filing of records.
· Prepare and submit periodic status reports to senior management on ongoing assignments.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
