We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with customers, generate leads, explain our aluminium fabrication and retail products/services, and support the sales team in converting enquiries into business.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and follow-ups.
- Explain aluminium products, fabrication services, pricing, and offers.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
- Schedule site visits or appointments when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer follow-ups.
- Follow up with customers until enquiry closure.
- Provide qualified and friendly customer service.





Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malayalam communication is preferred; basic English is an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Sales-oriented attitude with positive convincing skills.
