- Required experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer responsible for managing, maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting the organizations IT infrastructure. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of system hardware, networking, endpoint security, IT console management tools, and data centre operations.

- The role requires robust troubleshooting skills, proactive infrastructure monitoring, and the ability to ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT systems.

- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems, servers, hardware, and infrastructure.

- Manage and maintain LAN,WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and VLAN infrastructure.

- Maintain endpoint security, Antivirus, patching, vulnerability remediation, and security compliance.

- Operate centralized IT monitoring, endpoint management, software deployment, and patch management consoles.

- Ensure smooth and secure data centre operations,



including servers, racks, storage, UPS, PDU, cabling, and environmental monitoring.

- Proactively monitor infrastructure and resolve incidents, alerts, and connectivity issues within defined SLAs.

- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, configuration records, network diagrams, SOPs, and infrastructure documentation.

- Perform preventive maintenance, hardware lifecycle management, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvement projects.

- Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, AMC partners, and service providers for technical support and issue resolution.

- Support backup, disaster recovery, IT security, change management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
