Job Description: We are hiring experienced professionals for a full time shop-floor role in machine assembly. Candidates must have hands-on expertise in assembling packaging machinery, conveyor systems, and robotic palletizing systems with the ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings. This role is critical to building world-class end-of-line automation solutions for FMCG, food, beverage, and consumer goods industries. Minimum Requirement: Only candidates with 4+ years of relevant mechanical assembly experience in machinery manufacturing or industrial automation will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble automatic and semi-automatic packaging machines, conveyors, and palletizers as per GA and detailed fabrication drawings.

Perform alignment, levelling, squareness, and mechanical integration of motion systems (gearboxes, servo drives, chains, belts, pneumatic cylinders).

Ensure precision fitment using gauges, torque tools, shims, and calibration instruments. Interpret BOM,



assembly drawings, and P&ID; layouts.

Work alongside electrical and controls teams for complete machine build and testing. Troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly and support factory acceptance testing (FAT).

Maintain 5S, safety compliance, and follow assembly SOPs.

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical / BE Mechanical welcome to apply.

Must have minimum 4 years of hands-on machine assembly experience in industrial machinery / packaging equipment.

Strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances, and machine building practices.

Experience in conveyor installation, robotic systems, or automated equipment assembly is a plus.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
