Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating with physiotherapists, clinics, and hospitals, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication and execution of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with physiotherapists, clinics, and hospitals for business development and relationship management
- Assist the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups
- Maintain and update client database and sales records
- Handle inquiries, schedule meetings, and follow up with potential clients
- Support in order processing and coordination with internal teams
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding products and services




- Prepare reports related to sales activities and client interactions

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales coordination / client handling
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently

Preferred (Optional)

- Experience in healthcare / medical field
- Exposure to B2B sales or coordination
