About the Role:

We’re looking for an Intern – Product Analyst to operate & conduct research and analysing data to develop their knowledge and suggest methods for the company to improve their practices and processes.

This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with
engineering, to deliver winning products. It also includes working with sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

In order for you to succeed in this role, you will need to be proficient in agile methodologies and JIRA, SQL, HTML, CSS, and have solid and strong Communications and problem solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Understanding the customer’s pain points
- Articulate the pain points (business requirements, user requirements, functional & non-functional requirements, and system requirements)
- Brainstorming for the best possible way to solve the customer’s pain points.




- Working with product, design, & technology team to execute.
- Frequently testing the product and providing feedback to developers
- Analyse the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are
- Identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques
- Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
- Run workshops and training sessions.
- Preparation and analysis of performance reports & review with clients.
- Providing strategic insights on the landing page, ad creative etc.
- Provide key statistics to management for monthly and quarterly reviews

Skills

- Knowledge of SaaS based company
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management.
- Ability to craft user experience
- Skills of business analytics developing technical solutions.
- An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques and computing systems
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and JIRA
- Exposure to SQL and databases
- Basic Knowledge in Wireframing
- Exposure in Excel, BI or reporting tools
- Transparent understanding of KPIs, dashboards and other operational metrics
