Position Summary

- Role: Field Sales Officer (FSO)
- Openings: 2 Positions
- Location: North 24 Parganas District, West Bengal (Entire district coverage)
- Employment Type: Full time, Field-based
- Reports To: Sales Manager / Distributor Principal

Core Responsibilities

- Market Mapping: Identify potential B2B clients, retail shops, commercial complexes, factories, and residential societies.
- Lead Generation: Conduct daily cold calls and field visits to generate new sales leads.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct live, convincing demonstrations of the Agni Kawach Fire Extinguisher Ball to prospects.
- Sales Conversion: Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat orders and referrals.

Submit daily activity reports, market feedback, and sales forecasts to the management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) passed; Graduate degree is a plus.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, telecom, hardware, or safety equipment sales preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- Language: Fluent in Bengali and Hindi. Basic understanding of English.
- Local Knowledge: Thorough geographical familiarity with the North 24 Parganas district.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a smartphone.
- Attributes: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
