Job Title: Charted Accountant(CA) Finance & Accounts
Experience Level: 0–2 years (Freshers to Junior Level)
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA Qualified – Mandatory)

Job Summary
We are looking for a detailed-oriented and proactive Chartered Accountant with 0–2 years of experience to join our Finance & Accounts team. In this role, you will handle financial operations, direct and indirect tax compliance, financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and statutory audit support. This is an ideal role for a newly qualified or junior CA seeking exposure across end-to-end corporate finance functions.
Freshers are also eligible to apply.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Accounting & General Ledger
- Manage daily accounting transactions, journal entries, ledger maintenance, and monthly trial balance reviews.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, vendor/customer ledger reconciliations, and inter-company balance settlements.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and collections management.
2. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Direct Taxation (Income Tax, TDS calculation, deduction, and quarterly return filings).
- Ensure compliance with Indirect Taxation (GST computations, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filings, ITC reconciliations, and E-way bill monitoring).
- Assist in tax audits, transfer pricing documentation, and tax return filings.
3. Financial Reporting & Month-End Close
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closure processes.
- Assist in drafting financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement,
and Cash Flow Statement) in compliance with Ind AS / AS / IFRS guidelines.
- Prepare schedule disclosures and variance analysis for management reviews.
4. Audits & Governance
- Act as a key point of contact for internal, external, and statutory auditors.
- Prepare audit schedules, collect documentation, and resolve audit queries efficiently.
- Ensure internal financial controls (IFC) and company policies are rigorously strictly adhered to.
5. Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Support the senior management team in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and expense tracking.
- Conduct variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget) to highlight cost-saving opportunities.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Must have cleared CA Final (First attempt or multiple attempts welcome).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of post-qualification corporate experience or relevant articleship exposure in mid-to-large-tier CA firms.
- Technical Skills:
- Solid working knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS / AS) and statutory tax regulations (GST & Direct Tax).
- Hands-on proficiency with ERP platforms.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, and basic financial modeling).
- Soft Skills:
- High attention to detail and strong analytical/numerical capability.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet strict financial close and tax filing deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: ₹8,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
