About the Role

UGES Powermax Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Technical Trainer who can effectively deliver technical training, simplify complex concepts, and develop the technical skills and knowledge of employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical training sessions for employees and trainees.

- Prepare training plans, presentations, manuals, and other learning materials.

- Explain technical concepts through practical examples and demonstrations.

- Identify training needs and customize sessions accordingly.

- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and practical evaluations to measure learning effectiveness.

- Provide feedback and support to trainees to improve their technical capabilities.

- Coordinate with the HR and Technical teams to plan and schedule training programs.

- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment results, and feedback.





- Stay updated with relevant technical developments and industry practices.

- Ensure training sessions are engaging, interactive, and aligned with organizational requirements.

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech / M.Tech in a relevant technical discipline.

- 2–3 years of experience in teaching, technical training, or a similar role.

- Strong technical knowledge and ability to explain concepts clearly.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Positive classroom/training management skills.

- Ability to create effective training materials and presentations.

- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

- Passion for teaching, learning, and developing others.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in conducting technical training programs.

- Proficiency in MS Office/PowerPoint.

- Ability to deliver both theoretical and practical training.

- Good command of English and professional communication.

Qualifications

Diploma/B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical,Electrical)
