Junior Site Speed Specialist

As a Junior Site Speed Specialist, you will support the day-to-day monitoring and reporting of website performance across key tools (e.g., Datadog RUM/APM, SpeedCurve, Lighthouse). You will help identify performance regressions, maintain dashboards, support CRO A/B test performance checks, assist with release monitoring, help maintain a performance backlog in Jira, and provide recommendations to improve site speed and overall performance based on your findings and data insights.

You will:

- Daily monitoring: Support daily checks of dashboards and alerts for key pages (Home, Search/PLP, PDP, Cart, Checkout) and help flag anomalies or regressions with supporting evidence.
- Weekly reporting support: Support preparation of weekly performance updates (charts/tables, deltas, first-level commentary) using defined templates and time windows.
- Core Web Vitals tracking: Support ongoing CWV monitoring (LCP, INP, CLS) by collecting data, identifying trends, and highlighting meaningful changes for review.

You have:

- Experience: 1–2 years in a relevant area (web performance, technical SEO, web analytics, QA, frontend support, or similar).
- Web performance fundamentals: Basic understanding of Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and common real-world causes.
- Tool familiarity: Comfortable using Lighthouse/PageSpeed Insights and Chrome DevTools (especially Network tab; basic waterfall reading).
- Analytical skills:



Robust Excel/Google Sheets skills (filters, pivots, basic charts) and ability to summarize data accurately.
