- Equipment & Machinery Care: Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance for all manufacturing and packaging machines.
- Critical Utilities Management: Ensure proper daily function of essential pharma utilities like HVAC, purified water systems, compressed air, and boilers.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain total adherence to Positive Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Downtime Minimization: Create robust maintenance schedules that align with production targets to avoid costly halts.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage onsite engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with production, quality assurance (QA), and engineering teams.
- Inventory & Vendor Control: Oversee spare parts stock levels and coordinate with external vendors for prompt servicing.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
