Job Title: Data Inventory Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update inventory records in Excel/ERP systems
- Enter stock, product, and asset details accurately
- Track incoming and outgoing materials/items
- Verify physical inventory with system records
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports
- Identify data mismatches and coordinate for corrections
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Support stock audits and inventory reconciliation
- Generate reports for management review
- Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, sales, and operations teams
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas)
- Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic ERP/software knowledge
- Inventory management understanding
- Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification:
Any Degree / Diploma (preferred)
Experience: 0–3+ years (depends on company)

Pay: ₹10,090.22 - ₹32,472.79 per month
