Job Title: Operations Associate – Cinema

Department: Cinema Operations

Experience: Freshers welcome; candidates with a Hotel Management background preferred

Key Responsibilities

Concession Counter

- Prepare and serve food and beverage items (popcorn, snacks, drinks, combos, etc.)
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at the counter
- Upsell combos and promotional offers to guests
- Manage stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor

Seat Service

- Assist guests to their seats and resolve seating-related queries
- Ensure auditoriums are clean, safe, and ready before each show
- Handle in-seat service orders (if applicable) promptly and courteously
- Address guest complaints or issues during the show professionally

Box Office

- Sell movie tickets accurately (online counter/POS systems)
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments with proper reconciliation
- Guide guests on showtimes, seating, and offers
- Manage ticket cancellations, refunds,



and rescheduling as per policy

General

- Maintain a positive, guest-first attitude at all times
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and company operational protocols
- Support other operational areas as needed during peak hours
- Coordinate with team members and shift supervisors for smooth operations

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream)
- Hotel Management background preferred (not mandatory)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer/POS handling skills (training provided)
- Well-groomed, punctual, and a team player

Pay: ₹13,000.00 per year
