Job Summary
The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy, strengthening brand positioning, driving customer acquisition, and contributing to business growth. The CMO will lead the marketing function across brand, digital marketing, performance marketing, content, SEO, social media, PR, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
· Define brand positioning, messaging, and market differentiation.
· Build and manage the annual marketing plan and budget.
· Lead customer acquisition, retention, and revenue-growth initiatives.
· Oversee digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
· Develop and monitor marketing KPIs, ROI, CAC, CLV, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
· Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior, competitors, and industry trends.




· Lead brand-building and awareness initiatives across relevant channels.
· Work closely with Sales, Product, Business Development, and Operations teams.
· Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
· Identify current marketing channels, technologies, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
· Manage external agencies, consultants, vendors, and strategic partners.
· Present marketing performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
· Ensure consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints.
