We are looking for a Jewellery North Coordinator to coordinate and manage business activities with North India customers, dealers, retailers and internal teams. The candidate will be responsible for customer communication, order follow-up, production coordination, dispatch tracking and ensuring timely completion of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with North India customers, dealers and business partners on a regular basis.
- Handle customer enquiries, requirements, orders and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, CAD, Quality, Stores and Dispatch teams.
- Track jewellery orders from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Follow up with production teams to ensure orders are completed within committed timelines.
- Coordinate CAD/design approvals and customer modifications wherever required.
- Monitor sample, production and dispatch status and provide timely updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer, order and follow-up records.
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports related to orders, pending items and dispatches.
- Resolve customer queries by coordinating with the concerned departments.
- Ensure proper documentation for orders, invoices, dispatches and returns.




- Maintain strong relationships with customers and support repeat business.
- Coordinate with logistics/transport partners for timely delivery.
- Escalate delays, quality issues or customer concerns to the reporting manager.
- Support the Sales/Marketing team in achieving business targets. Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in the Gold / Diamond / Jewellery Industry.
- Experience in jewellery coordination, merchandising, sales coordination or customer handling preferred.
- Good knowledge of jewellery products and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email communication.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage multiple orders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to communicate with customers across North India.
- Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
