Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and reels aligned with brand goals.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to plan campaigns and creatives.
- Monitor analytics, track performance, and report on engagement and growth.
- Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to optimize visibility.
- Respond to audience interactions and manage online reputation.
- Suggest cutting-edge ideas to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Requirements:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content trends.
- Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute campaigns.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
